Expeditions 32 and 33 (2012): Served as flight engineer and commander of Expedition 33. She completed three additional spacewalks and became the first person to finish a triathlon in space.

Boeing Crew Flight Test (2024): Participated in the first crewed flight aboard the Boeing Starliner and, because of technical difficulties, stayed on the ISS until her return in March 2025.
