Akhil Akkineni

Akhil Akkineni is an Indian film actor. He is an actor in the Telugu film industry. He is the son of famous film actors Akkineni Nagarjuna and Amala Akkineni. Akhil was born on April 8, 1994 in San Jose, California. He was born to Akkineni Nagarjuna and his second wife Amala Akkineni. Akkineni is the younger brother of Naga Chaitanya. He started his career in the film industry in his childhood with the Telugu comedy film Sisindri. He was one year old at that time. He also won the Filmfare Award for Best Child Actor. He appeared in the last scene of the film Manam directed by Vikram Kumar. He came to the audience with the film Hello.

Akhil studied at Chaitanya Vidyalaya. He spent two years in Australia. He completed his schooling at Oakridge International School, Hyderabad. He received a BBA degree from the University of South Florida. After that, he trained in acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York.
