In the semi-final of the 2024 ACC Under-19 Asia Cup, Suryavanshi hit 67 runs from 36 balls against Sri Lanka after scoring 76 off 46 balls against the UAE Under-19s.

When he scored 34 runs against the Lucknow Super Giants at the age of 14 years and 23 days, Vaibhav immediately made an impression for Rajasthan. He also struck Shardul Thakur for a six on his opening ball. After that, he scored 34 runs off of just 20 balls. He hit two fours and three sixes in his innings.
